What You’ll Be Doing
As a NetSuite Developer & Administrator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our client’s systems run smoothly and are continuously improved to meet the needs of a growing business. You’ll combine hands-on technical support with exciting opportunities to work on larger-scale projects, helping to drive efficiency, innovation, and business success. You’ll also be reporting directly to an Australian manager, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with the international team.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Configuring and maintaining NetSuite account settings, roles, permissions, and workflows.
● Managing user accounts and providing technical system support.
● Handling data management tasks such as imports, exports, backups, and integrations.
● Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
● Building custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and other tools.
● Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
● Planning and executing migrations, upgrades, and other NetSuite projects.
● Creating training materials, delivering user training, and documenting processes.
● Monitoring IT systems and maintaining IT assets for performance and reliability.
What You’ll Bring
● At least 2 years of full-time experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and SuiteScript development.
● 1–2 years of technical support experience for end-users.
● Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
● NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification or NetSuite Administrator Certification.
● Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related development tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
● Ability to manage projects, provide documentation, and deliver training effectively.
● A proactive, collaborative, and resourceful mindset with a positive attitude.
